What the platform tracks
The Congruent Calculations™ platform has been in production since 2018 — battle-tested across the firm's productised Solutions. Since launch, the firm has issued thousands of certified Check My Calculation™ results to clients.
Every engagement registers a unique calculation control ID; every output is reproducible from its inputs, traceable to its methodology version, and auditable through the Congruent Quality Framework. Aggregate statistics — engagements completed, CMC™ artefacts produced, control IDs registered, platform uptime on a rolling 12-month basis — are maintained by the firm's operations team and refreshed on a quarterly cycle. Operations-attested figures, alongside periodic third-party audit reports and latest penetration test results, are made available to institutional clients on request under standard NDA.
Production scope
The platform supports the firm's six productised Solutions, each engaged on its own regulatory anchor and producing its own CMC™ variant. Sponsor Fair-Value Analysis — positioned within Advisory — is also platform-supported, with engagement-level CMC™ artefacts produced for each scheme.
Platform reliability
Uptime
Operations-attested uptime figures on a rolling 12-month measurement are made available to clients on request. Scheduled maintenance windows are pre-announced and run during low-activity periods. Unscheduled downtime is logged with full incident reports available to clients on request.
Penetration testing
Periodic penetration testing. Findings are tracked through the firm's documented change-management process under the Congruent Quality Framework.
Business continuity
Documented BCP with regular tested fail-over to UK-located redundant infrastructure. RTO and RPO targets agreed at engagement-scoping for each retainer / subscription / outsourced engagement.
