Frequently asked

Common questions before reaching out.

How do I contact support for an active engagement?
For specific questions about services or support during an active engagement, please contact your engagement lead directly. The My Congruent portal carries each engagement's records and lets you raise queries to the firm directly.
Can I schedule a consultation?
Yes. Use the contact form above or any of the Solution / Advisory enquiry forms. The firm responds within one working day with whether it can take the instruction and what it would need to scope it. The first call is a scoping discussion, not a sales pitch.
How can I access my client portal?
If you're an existing client of the firm, the My Congruent portal is at portal.mycongruent.com. If you've forgotten your credentials, contact the firm using the details above.
What do I do if I have a complaint?
Congruent Actuarial Limited takes complaints seriously. Please contact the firm using the details above with the subject line "Complaint" and full details of the matter. The firm operates a complaints procedure consistent with FCA requirements (FRN 831289). For data protection matters, complaints can also be referred to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
Are the firm's services available internationally?
The firm is UK-based and operates primarily under UK regulatory regimes (FCA, TPR, PRA, ICO, Bar Standards Board). Cross-border engagements are considered case-by-case and depend on the regulatory regime governing the underlying matter.
How does the firm handle conflicts of interest?
The firm's response to any enquiry includes a conflict check. Where a conflict exists with an active or recent engagement that would prevent the firm taking the instruction, the firm will indicate this in the response. The firm's independence from financial product providers is part of the structural conflict-management.
