The ground rents calculator enables the user to determine the net present value of ground rents that are subject to RPI / CPI uplifts. The user can specify either a price paid at the calculation date (which will give a “break even” spread) or may enter a spread to derive a net present value of the ground rent cashflows.  The accompanying documentation can be found here.
