What if I have a complaint?
If you feel dissatisfied with any aspect of our service, please do not hesitate to contact Congruent’s complaints team at directors@mycongruent.com. We take complaints seriously and will immediately conduct an independent investigation into your concerns. Our aim is to provide a written response to your complaint within three business days.
