The client portal provides more information and allows you to provide more details which enables us to determine whether we are able to assist you.
We are often able to suggest a “no win – no fee” arrangement at 12.5% plus VAT although this will depend on an assessment of your case by Congruent after you have provided the necessary information through our client portal and a telephone discussion. We will always explain the fee level we suggest and you will be free to question it, accept it, or decline it.
